Dear parents, teachers, schools and individuals involved in early childhood education:
My name is Oscar Villalta.
I have dedicated over 15 years to the field of education, mostly in special education.
I have always been passionate about education, and I feel comfortable working especially with younger generations.
After having obtained my Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Prevention of Learning Problems from Leipzig University in Germany, I have been working as a teacher and therapist for the last decade. Given my experiences, I am confident to offer you professionalism to every situation and customize support to your individual needs and concerns.
My six years of experience teaching at the American School of El Salvador ensures me to provide children with various creative and interactive learning, guiding children to obtain enthusiasm and social skills as well in a social setting.
I am also a former athlete in track and field.
My athlete experience builds my base of discipline and grit. Using my expertise, I have served as as Coach and Guide with Blind Athletes.
In the recent three years before moving to Japan, I have been working in the United States building my professional experiences.
Given the background of having lived and worked outside my own country, I also believe that bilingual education is important in navigating through the current globalized society.
I have a clear understanding of teaching students where English is not their mother tongue.
I expect to be able to contribute as a teacher, a trainer, a consultant at your institution or you home using my diverse and wide range of perspectives, while expanding my skills as I learn from the interaction with the children.
I truly believe that the education is the essential key to building a better society.
Please feel free to get in touch with me to set up a consultation, any small questions you might have for your situation.
